ok... let me preface this post by stating the obvious:

ok... not that its out of my system....

so i've been getting neomail... and requests
to be someone's neobuddy or whatever...

let me tell you about person number one...

i can't find his/her ID... as i have deleted
their mail... i will get it for you when
they neomail again (and they will).

anyways... this person mailed me a day or
two after i submitted my pic for the beauty
contest. at first i thought it was someone
on hostboard (not that its clearly out of
my mind.... *)

they tell me that i need to write to the
admin of neopets requesting that they make
my pic one of the DLable screensavers...

my thoughts ---> [img]confused.gif[/img]

my reply: i basically said that i would
check into it... which i have no intention
of doing... and i thanked them for their
nice comments about my drawing.

then i get a reply asking me what other stuff
i draw....

let me add that this user cannot spell...
in fact, they are a HORRID speller. i have
seen many a misspelling... but this person
seems like an 8 year old typing on the
keys. i basically have to sound out what
they are saying based on their letter choices....

anyways... so i tell them that i've been
considering making an IXI drawing to submit
for a future contest.

they write back asking what an IXI was.

this person has been on neopets for 4 months
(i think).... maybe more.... and they don't
know what an ixi is????

something is weird with them....
more to come on that front... as i know they
will write me again...

now, on to person number two....

i got a request today from a chick that
wants me as her neobuddy.... so i do the
usual scan to check her stats...
